We encourage our users to upgrade their browsers and maintain regular updates to ensure the optimal performance of Form.com and Key Survey.
The use of any web browser not listed in the table may limit the performance and functionality of the platform.
We have put together some helpful information about the supported browsers according to the operating systems (OS).
Our Dashboards feature has its own requirements: some browsers that support our online platform, cannot be used for the Dashboards.
Also, in the table below information for each browser is divided for three categories of users:
- Application user has an active Key Survey / Form.com account with permissions to manage forms and reports, as well as managing other users' access to the platform.
- End user is a person who is provided with a direct link to participate in a survey or form.
- Portal user is a type of end user who is given access to a special web page (the Portal) in order to participate in multiple forms and surveys.
Nearly all of the end user functionality is available in mobile web environments, such as the iPhone's and other mobile embedded browsers.
