Header & Footer

Use this option to add headers and footers to your form.

  1. Click Header & Footer on the functional ribbon at the top of the Questions page.

  2. Enter the text of your header. You can use [Fx] tag to pipe information to the header if the form was pre-populated using the Autofill feature.

  3. Use the Align options on the WYSIWYG editor toolbar to align the form header to the left, right or center at the top of the page.

  4. Enter the text of the form footer. You can use [Fx] tag to pipe information to the footer if the form was pre-populated using Autofillfeature.

  5. Use the Align options on the WYSIWYG editor toolbar to align the form footer to the left, right or center at the bottom of the page.

  6. Click Clear to remove all text from these fields.

Click the Toggle WYSIWYG Editor button to switch between simple editing and the WYSIWYG mode.

If composing in a simple mode you can use HTML.

If using the WYSIWYG editor you can easily apply advanced text formatting, as well as insert links and graphics into the text.

Click Save to save your changes and return to the Questions page of your form.
